As a real Scorpio in both feelings & mentality I welcome my birthday month with all my positive energy and optimism for what the future holds. Starring Lily Collins as the titular Emily (a less psychotic Carrie Bradshaw stand-in), the show is so delightfully true-to-life, despite being as fantastical as one would expect from a series called Emily in Paris, because of how blissfully basic its American-Girl-In-Paris protagonist unknowingly is. That, however, must be the result of really good writing, because there’s just no way they could have captured the essence of such basicness if it wasn’t on purpose.

“I did a collection based on ideas that were birthed here in the 5th Century BC when the temple was built,” Kantrantzou said, “From trigonometry to physics to biology to geology to philosophy.” As she pointed out in her show notes, the very word “idea” was invented in Greece.
